Orangeball Rally 2011 - Montreal to Waterfest 17

This year marked the fifth annual Orangeball Rally. The drive that gathers 50 or so Volkswagens and Audis from Montreal to the ever so big, Waterfest. A lot of new faces this year, and many old ones, we all took on the path to New Jersey.

The participants tried to book at the same hotel as last year, but unfortunately Ramada has banned all Montrealers from their establishment. They were not sure beforehand what this meant, but we soon found out the whole deal once they got into town. Essentially, the city was prepared for them. Apparently, they were notorious for all the crazy parties, burnouts, shenanigans, and drunken behaviors. Out of all the 20 000 or so enthusiasts that invade the town, they were targeted as the ringleaders of the awesomeness that goes on. It was thanks to them that the cops closed down the Chili's meet, the Ramada burnout party, and all other small gatherings throughout the run down cities surrounding Englishtown.
